Helium / The People’s Network is built in an Uber like fashion. It’s LongFi open source technology, is a peer-to-peer wireless network that covers all hotspots.
Anyone with a connection to the internet can become a host of these hotspots. By becoming a host and providing access to the LongFi network, you can earn HNT (Helium Network Tokens). Which can later be traded for USDT or cash.

The moment a region has the allocated or required number of hotspots within its given city, area or jurisdiction.
